VANCOUVER, WA - Softball's Amy Taylor has been named 2nd Team All-North Region in the utility position.  The freshman hit a .362 with a team-leading 34 hits and 24 RBI's.  She added 9 homeruns with a slugging percentage of .723.  

Head coach Eric Buss spoke highly of Taylor, "Amy is what every coach looks for in a player. Coachable, energetic, dedicated, a leader, and willing to do what it takes for the team to be successful! Amy stepped up and made the move from Catcher/Third Base to Short Stop and didn't blink! She was one of the natural leaders on the team, and unanimously voted as this year's Team MVP."
